CreditVana Account Deletion Request

At CreditVana, your privacy and control over your data are very important to us.

If you wish to permanently delete your CreditVana account and associated data, please complete the form below. Once your request is received, our support team will process the deletion and confirm with you via email.

Delete Your Account Within the App

You can delete your account directly from the CreditVana mobile app:

  1. Open the CreditVana app

  2. Go to Account Settings

  3. Tap on Delete My Account

  4. Confirm your request

Once confirmed, your account and personal information will be permanently deleted from our system and disconnected from IDIQ.

What Will Be Deleted?

  • Your CreditVana account

  • Your personal information (name, email, phone, DOB, SSN, address)

  • Your connection to IDIQ services via our app

Note: Any credit data fetched from IDIQ is not stored by CreditVana. Deletion from IDIQ systems may require direct communication with IDIQ.

⏱️ Processing Time

Account deletion requests are typically processed within 5–7 business days.

If you wish to cancel your deletion request, please email us as soon as possible at info@creditvana.com before the process is finalized.
